Both locations have an after-hours drop-box located near the drive-through window.
Credit Card, Debit Card
To pay using a Visa or MasterCard credit card or debit card you must use the Black River payment site at https://ebpp.blackriver.coop/ or call 1-866-731-2732.
Currently, Black River can only accept Visa or MasterCard credit and debit cards through this service. For more information about the Black River payment site, click here.
Pay Stations
Consumers must have their account number to make a payment AT A PAY STATION. Access to Black River billing information is not available to any remote pay station.
