Black River’s Sumter Lobby will reopen Monday, May 11 with new COVID-19 hours from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. for Member Service issues. Our drive-thru will continue normal operating hours, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
If you are simply paying your bill, we strongly encourage you to still use the drive-thru, or pay your bill online or over the phone. We will be practicing CDC suggested guidelines for social distancing and limiting the number of people in our lobby.
And once again, most business can be handled over the phone, so give us a call first at 803-469-8060. We can probably help you right from the comfort of your home.
