Annual Meeting

Save the dates – April 8 & 10, 2025.  Black River Electric Cooperative will hold drive-thru registration for the 2025 Virtual Annual Meeting on Tuesday, April 8, 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., at our Sumter office (1121 N. Pike West, Sumter) and on Thursday, April 10, 7 a.m. until 1 p.m., at our Camden office (991 State Road 28, Cassatt). Each member voting in person will receive a Black River ‘easy to carry’ case with a built-in LED flashlight. The kit has 21 accessories including precision screwdrivers, a multifunction tool handle, socket spanners, and flexometer. Images are below.

The VIRTUAL Annual Meeting of the Members of Black River Electric Cooperative, Inc. will be held at our corporate office, located at 1121 North Pike West in Sumter, on Thursday, April 10, 2025. No members will attend in person. The meeting can be watched by joining us here on our website at 4 p.m.

Even though you can’t be there in person, we will still have some incredible door prizes for those who vote during our drive-thru registration. Winners of those prizes will be notified individually and the winners will also be posted on this website and our Facebook page. Each person who votes will be placed in the drawings for these prizes.

Remember, you MUST bring a picture ID.
