Black River Electric Cooperative is currently taking applications for three high school students to participate in an all-expense paid trip to the nation’s capital this summer. We will also be choosing three additional students to join us for the SC Cooperative Youth Summit in Columbia in July. Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be available to attend the Washington trip June 15-20, 2019 and/or the SC trip July 9-12, 2019;
- Must currently be a high school junior;
- Must receive electricity from Black River Electric Cooperative;
- And the applicant cannot be a family member of an employee or board member of BREC.
