Disconnects on Hold

Please know that we are currently holding all disconnects on accounts and these will remain on hold through this State of Emergency. We are looking at a reevaluation on April 3 and urge members to keep their account in good standing to avoid disconnection when the hold is removed.

Please continue to keep track of your energy use on our website or mobile app and continue to pay your balances if at all possible. We’re taking these actions because we want to do our part during this difficult time. Please call us if we can help you!
