Voided Checks are Valid

Attention Members who received Capital Credit checks:

During the printing of your original Capital Credit check by an outside vendor, there was an error that occurred on their end.  You might have received a check with the word VOID written on the face of the check.  Please know this check is not void and it can be cashed.  If you have difficulties cashing or depositing this check, please use one of the three options below:

1. Present the check for cashing at any First Citizens Bank in Sumter, Clarendon, Kershaw or Lee counties. Our bank in these counties has agreed to cash these checks for our members.
2. Return the check to us with your next payment and we will credit it to your account.
3. Return the check to us requesting a new, replacement check.
